We are very sorry to hear about your experience at HealthMark. We value communication and transparency, and I'm sorry you felt unnoticed and that managers were cold and rude.
We value the contributions of ALL employees and strive towards frequent recognition via Stand Ups, All Hands, Teams "Shout Outs", nominations for CRAFT Awards, and more. I also have a ton of respect for our leaders: execs, managers, and team leads. We have some openings for these positions now and will definitely entertain more senior members to help us gain experience, but I do stand behind the people here who add a ton of value and who truly care about their team and HealthMark.
