Please look into this department. There are too many changes constantly almost on a weekly basis.it’s hard for anyone to keep up. Some of the processors have been with HealthMark for over a year and don’t get paid enough for all of the work that gets put on us. Flexibility has changed so that can’t really be a pro anymore. Management and leads are micromanaging and are too strict on all of us. The turnover over this department is ridiculous too. Or shall I say “firing in this dept” Learn to hire and retain your employees instead of letting them go for mistakes that they make.
