Pros
1) Great place if you want to learn about ways of doing biz and overall work 2) CEO and other co-founders are available and approachable. You can take up your ideas directly with them and get them implemented as well. 3) The enthusiasm level here is high 4) the Social aspect associated with the products of company keeps you motivated 5) Being a startup you can work horizontally as well as vertically and thus get a holistic knowledge
Cons
Thought for 15 mins but cannot find one. Disclaimer:This may be because for me a learning experience is above every thing.
