Pros

Good hours. Free coffee. Some nice people.

Cons

Zero training, zero management accountability, cliquey behaviors, zero team spirit. Absolute doom and gloom from manager. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star on anything.

Pros

Pay is on time. My CTM is supportive when I need it.

Cons

Everyone at the company that I have spoken to seems incredibly depressed! The culture is absolutely horrendous. Some of the hr team are actually supportive when you need advice via live chat which hannah or felix responds to, other than that when I have had formal meetings I haven't actually felt supported and felt like a number by some of the hr team. The driving is long and the car allowance isn't enough yet when I have raised concerns I am ignored.
