      Great team of therapists. Therapists allowed to make clinical decisions. Not harped on daily for productivity. Good PTO.

      Cons

      Never a raise, not ever. You have to leave if you want more money which is sad because the company loses great people

      Pros

      I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

      Cons

      Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
