Pros

HealthVerity is an amazing company. Throughout my time at this organization, I have grown professional and personally in so many ways. Which is due to the strong and supportive people all the way down from the CEO/COO to our most junior level staff. You will definitely have the opportunity to learn and grow in your position If you have the opportunity to work at this organization, accept the offer and do not look back I only left HV bc I was presented with an opportunity that I could not pass up - I would 110% come back to HV for a new opportunity

Cons

Not many at all: - benefits are great - office is beautiful and located in the heart of center city Philadelphia - the work is challenging, always changing, and fun However, you must be willing to be a hard worker at HV as you may have a long day or evening every once in a while.

Pros

- The company offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development, especially for those who are curious, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. I would never have been able to take on even half of the things that I accomplished here if I was somewhere else. - It's rewarding to be part of a culture where people are genuinely invested in one another’s development — building and working with a team that has grown and evolved together has been a highlight. Everyone on my team has continued to be promoted and moved into new roles and responsibilities. Nice to see a company that recognizes hard work and accountability! - Colleagues across the organization are approachable and willing to share insights, making it easier to align quickly and move initiatives forward. No matter how difficult the topic or question, I've always seen colleagues ready to engage to analyze a problem and generate a corrective action plan. - The company fosters a culture of openness and engagement — people are not only smart and driven, but also welcoming and supportive. From the extensive onboarding program to the weekly and daily opportunities to catch up with colleagues, most people have proved to be friendly and willing to answer questions about their roles, what they do, and help with any issues.

Cons

- As with any growing company, some processes and systems are still maturing — the pace of change can be exciting, but also requires adaptability and patience. Things do evolve over time so a willingness to pivot is essential but over time, the changes have moved the company in the right direction
