Pros

Inexpensive benefits Easy work Nice coworkers Bonuses Can have days off with notice Casual dress They seem to be trying to get their act together

Cons

Pay rate Customers orders were constantly slow and screwed up, we had to make up excuses and take all the irritation from the customers for mistakes made by pharmacists and technicians Constantly behind on work Constantly doing someone else's job Shipping, pharmacy and customer service representatives departments fight with each other because no one does their share of the work Management didn't want to take manager calls and dodged customers Csr were held accountable for life saving medication orders and anything that went wrong with it.. Many angry customers Multiple owners and CEOs within months Customers order process is not smooth and all kinds of ridiculous problems occur that shouldn't be happening Favoritism High turnover rate Started implementing impossible to reach call quotas as ways to push employees that weren't their favorites out the door. Their whole business model just does not work and lying to and dodging angry customers is not a good work environment

Pros

- company puts a lot of emphasis on culture - usually promotes from within - long standing company with many long term employees - Incredible team. "teamwork makes the dream work" - Regularly have new, exciting project kicking off which keep you busy learning/developing - It's easier to speak up and have an impact on the company than other places I've worked

Cons

The new, exciting projects can make things feel chaotic, which requires regularly developing and learning new procedures. Sometimes it feels like you just got comfortable and then things change.
