STAY AWAY - Badly managed company with extremely toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Healthcare Finance Direct Employee Review

**I would like to point out, the 5-star reviews for this company posted in August are contrived. Management specifically asked the workers to generate positive feedback on this page due to concerns about its true rating and directed them not to post true feelings about the company** This company's product is promising, however, it will likely remain relatively small due to poor management and a lack of basic processes. Higher-ups deflect and have no sense of accountability, and do not care to address constant issues until it is too late. I witnessed an unusually large amount of arguments ensue with various individuals at the company. Many exude an immense amount of passive aggressiveness toward others and make sly comments about others. This company will taut their "amazing work environment", but it is all a sham. This has been the worst company and set of people I have dealt with.
