Hiring is done very carefully, everyone who works there is very friendly and get along well. Benefits are good for the private sector. Job stability being in the real estate market.
Cons
Company policy and systems are pretty outdated, feels like you're fighting yourself a lot of the time. Also, the company is focused on expanding so quickly without increasing their staffing, it is pushing their employees to their limits.
