Pros
They do work with you on some things. They are very good at placing you close to where you live.
Cons
Everything. They were extremely misleading in how much I would be working. Being what they call a "Mit", or manager in training, they basically just throw you from location to location doing whatever they need you to do. Not only am I not managing anything at this point, the only thing that is important to this company and the only thing they basically want me to do is wax floors. Speaking of that, being that I am a "manager" and I am being paid salary, that apparently gives them bright idea to work you 50-60 hours a week. This, in turn, gives you absolutely no chance of ever having a social life or eventually having a family. Trust me, the money sounds GREAT at first... until you work so much that you are getting paid less than minimum wage. But I digress from that point... I have, however, rarely done other things. I once cleaned a toilet, I spent a whole day rolling around on the ground cleaning bed frames, and I have also cleaned a carpet a few times. But other than that, its wax away. This would not seem as bad if it weren't for the company dress code. For some baffling reason, all managers must dress up. As a man, I have to wear dress slacks, a collard shirt, and a tie... you know, so I can clean excrement off of the floor and other things. Again, this wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that I was literally the best dressed person in the building. Literally.
