Building relation's with the facilities Administrator, and residents.
Cons
Long hours, over worked and under paid. Then, when they pay you, they forget to give you every penny you earned. They tell you "ooh, we will retro it next pay period. Next pay period comes, and NOTHING!!! they say they will train you, but they DONT. They stick you in a facility, with no training, and expect you to get the job done. The only time they check in on you, when they receive a complaint from the admins. then all they do is fuss at you and talk down to you as if you knew better. Its just sad to see how they treat there employees. Worst thing is the discrimination. the moment you bring that up...they are ready to fire you and hire someone else. NEVER AGAIN will I work for this company.
