Pros

Competitive pay and good health insurance plan options, but that's about it.

Cons

This company has been forging healthcare reviews for years. Paying people outside of the company to boost the scores, put in fake reviews of doctors that work at medical organizations just to get people to walk in the door. I was approached many times to add lines of code to comment out negative comments on reviews. It's a shady business and I hope prospective clients rate this.

Healthgrades denies these accusations. To submit a provider review, the user of Healthgrades’ website agrees to Healthgrades’ User Agreement and Privacy Policy; acknowledges that they are either the actual patient or a relative of the patient seen by the provider; and agrees that their comments comply with Healthgrades’ Editorial Policy. These agreements and policies are linked below and are similar to those of other consumer rating websites. https://www.healthgrades.com/content/user-agreement https://www.healthgrades.com/content/editorial-policy https://www.healthgrades.com/content/privacy-policy Additionally, Healthgrades maintains a confidential and anonymous whistleblower hotline for its employees to help ensure that we maintain the highest levels of professionalism and corporate integrity. Private equity backed (at the time) which mean obsession with numbers and questionable investment approach
