Cons
Leadership is evil with ridiculous metrics (1200 cases to manage). Nursing leaders have no clue what they are doing! They have multiple meetings to develop more ways and levels to micromanage nurses! It’s actually become to the point of being absolutely absurd!! Nurses have to account for every second while on the clock ‼️New software programs every month to spy on employees and crack their whip on making continuous calls all day long! No regard for quality or organic calls with patients! Leadership flies around the country attending luncheons with nurses! Absolute absurdly waste of money/resources while they refuse to adequately compensate nurses! Work conditions and culture is the absolute hands down worst I’ve ever experienced in my 35 years in nursing! This company should be shut down and no different than a sweat shop in Vietnam!!
