I enjoyed my time at HSS. The culture was great and the benefits were too.

Pay was not so good but the culture and benefits made up for it!

There are multiple different kinds of units so you can work with adolescents, geriatric, or adult patients. Long orientation compared to other facilities. Admission nurse. Electronic medical record versus having paper charting.

Short staffing requiring being floated to other units during your shift or taking on many patients. A lot of call ins from staff. Injuries from patient attacks
