      You actually are just placing almost anyone to care for seniors in their home who will accept bare minimum pay for the job, 0 mileage/gas, no benefits (internal or external employees) CHECKS only and if you choose to have yours mailed just make sure you’re not depending on it

      Pros

      Get to pick which clients you want to take on. Easy work and personal life balance. Can be very easy work at times.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. Clients usually only 2-3 hour jobs. Can be pointless when client is nearly an hour away and only needs care for 2 hours. Not enough compensation.

      Family owned and they team up with their children who are also staff workers this sets up for a toxic work environment
