Working at Healthy Minds has provided me with consistent learning opportunities clinically. Additionally, team members are encouraged to learn about the brand and business sides of Healthy Minds. The environment is collaborative. Fun team-building activities that strengthen the group, and create connection are consistently offered.
Feedback, suggestions, and ongoing education are encouraged. There is an actively maintained website, scheduler, and client management system. Curriculum and documented processes are available for internal use. Employees have access to Healthy Minds’ business manager for operational, logistic, and human resources coaching. Team Meetings are held monthly with growth opportunities presented. There is on-site parking, a fully furnished break room, plus books, and various games, and arts/crafts available for use with clients. Year-round individual and group services are offered to ensure consistent availability, including summertime. Clinical development projects are encouraged. Self-care and work-life balance are also encouraged.
