      Pros

      Great people, fun office atmosphere and great brands. The people really enjoy what they do which makes for a great learning experience for employees at every level.

      Cons

      The company very rarely promotes from within which then forces several employees to leave and then come back at a later date with more experience.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
