      Pros

      Wonderful open door policy for employees leaving and coming back. They really strive to hire in house for positions. HR is really attentive and the insurance is great.

      Cons

      Company was not open to telecommuting even though job was 100% on the computer. Didn’t make sense to me.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
