Some great people work there, just not any one in management or any type of leadership role.
Cons
Toxic work environment. It’s a typical 8:30-5:30p job. The majority of the management in Charlotte is awful & seem miserable. It’s sad because the toxic people have been there for years & keep getting promoted, so it‘s not changing…
