Pros
Pay is decent and the people you work with are typically pretty friendly. There is a sense of community and it can sometimes albeit rarely, be laid back. People are frequently stressed from presenting poorly working products or from a lack of resources and tools. It makes decent experience on your resume if you do not plan on working here for very long. Dress code for some is casual Friday everyday (except sales teams). If you intend on working independently this is okay. Telecommuting is an option and can be pretty flexible if you need it.
Cons
Management is entirely out of touch with its employees and processes (the processes all change depending on the day). It's typical for a company to have a lot of the heavy lifting is done by low/mid ranking employees, however the level at which this is done at this company is extreme. Employees are treated very poorly, work long hours, and are frequently denied bonuses with very flimsy reasoning. People are fired without reason or warning even on holidays. The health insurance included is a little expensive.
