      Great gain share program that incentivizes performance well, good starting pay for level of experience needed to obtain the job, ability to move around the plant and do different jobs. Promote from within.

      Cons

      Power hungry managers fighting for control. Blame game played often. Promotions awarded to those who suck up more than do the best job.

      Pay rate was good and they became my family

      Worked way too many hours had to train everyone everyday due to people quitting from working to much and being mistreated by plant manger

      Free food in lew of Respect.

      Cons

      They Hire the Cheapest People. The Mis Mgmt. Do Not Care !! They hire and throw away people Daily ! They search out Parolee s . And Probationary people to Re coup the Wages from State and FED. Programs. Great Program -- But , THEN THEY ABUSE THE PERSONNEL !!!! I HELPED OPEN THIS PLANT IN 2012. RETIRED IN DEC. OF 2017. HONESTLY !! THEY WENT THRU 500 PRODUCTION PEOPLE IN THAT TIME !!!
