      To start a career as a fresher its a good one to start with and we can get a good exposure in design & manufacturing of food processing & preparation equipment

      Few cons are there but that is not a big deal to overcome.

      I absolutely love everything about my job and the people I work with. Family environment. Culture is great. Management is great.

      Loose management allowing for autonomy, large company so some locations may be much better than others.

      Cons

      No real merit based compensation or growth opportunities so less incentive to stay motivated
