Pros
Nice looking products, rich history.
Cons
Terrible place to work and grow, especially if you're BIPOC and work in admin. Pretentious and known for gaslighting, with unfair and inconsistent paths for growth and promotion. Basically, if you're deemed a personal favorite, you're in, and if you're not, good luck dealing with passive aggressive, vague feedback that can fester for years until they decide to fire you with little explanation or sympathy or hire someone else to replace your job (while you're still working there). Terribly behind and not progressive when it comes to nurturing BIPOC staff, which is no surprise as their leadership team is nearly all-white. No real management skills, all based on favoritism. Don't buy into the hype. They can write whatever well crafted response to this, but there is a community of ex-BIPOC employees who know what's really going down.
