      Pros

      2:30 Fridays, Mon-Thur 4:30PM. That is it.

      Cons

      The fact that the company pays attention to the things that do not matter. Not a compassionate company. Everyone is doing everyone's job. No separation of duties. Work environment very uncomfortable and stressful when it shouldn't be. All political, you cannot say anything because then you become the enemy and work becomes harder.

      Pros

      Good pay, set schedual, incentive programs, profit sharing, paid time off.

      Cons

      Some employees are favored over others, and nothing is done when a complaint is made about those favored employees. Vacation and sick days do not accrue untill 1 year of employment. Computers and intranet are slow.

      Systems behind the times. Very strict/unforgiving with starting times. Written up for being 1 minute late.
