Pros
I was an intern at Hedgeable. I loved my time there. Versus other internships I've had, I found the work more substantial. The culture is very good. They have a 10 commandments that they abide by that I found different and fresh. I worked mostly with one of the co-founders. There are a lot of collaboration tools used and that is stressed. I was a paid intern, which was nice - a few others I had were not. Catered lunches, breakfasts, dinners if we stayed late. We did some intern activities in the summer and a lot of team outings too. I was given the opportunity to work on projects that I see the company still using. Two Thumbs Up on that!!!
Cons
Not a huge internship program, I think my friend at Facebook told me they hire close to 1,000. So if you want to just blend in this wouldn't be the right place for you. You'll be held accountable for your work at Hedgeable.
