      Pros

      - It is a alrge professional company - There is a good working atmosphere amongst collegues - Lots of different fields of expertise - Overall good working conditions for starter functions

      Cons

      - The size of the company has led to a certain level of bureacracy and will give you less responsibility within a function - Currently the company is downsizing wich means a higher level of job uncertainty

      Good focus on their personel They have an "informal" way of working Versatile jobs

      Cons

      The pay isn't great They're having difficulties attracting new labourers which means you have to work with 2de rate people ( a problem with every construction firm)
