It’s easy to get in, but that’s because employees keep leaving, and management is desperate to replace them as soon as possible.
Cons
Leadership couldn’t care less about our well-being and only cared about making bigger profits and reaching higher targets. Unless you want to be treated as just another disposable tool, you’re better off staying away.
