      Pay for mechanics is $50.00+Hr Drivers are $40.00+Hr. Make it worth your time.

      Cons

      Company failed to honor promises. Says full time but will let you go at end of fire season. Makes you work off the clock during lunch time. Doesn’t allow you to use disabled parking in company vehicle. Nickel and dimes your timesheet when your out of town for weeks on end. Expects you to be out of town for Entire fire season.

      Pros

      There is actually None, poor maintenance, so unsafe.

      Cons

      The cannibalize aircraft parts in a daily bases, literally CERO budget for training. They conduct night time ops with no NVG( to cheap to afford them) which is potentiality dangerous and so stingy on pennies, terrible place to work at.
