Everyone was effective at their work

Parent company wasn’t super supportive or communicative

Employees were empowered to take charge of projects and handle all production and client interactions. The variety of projects was great, and the technologies we used were cutting edge and fun to work with.

The acquisition brought on some more cumbersome, outdated admin type of red tape (ie., submitting a PTO request). Distributed team members felt a bit cut out of the loop from SF-based ones.
