Regarding the downturn and job cuts you described, we want to reassure current and potential employees that we have no plans for a buy-out or similar major restructuring. While we have made some difficult staffing adjustments to account for business fluctuations in the past, as many companies do, we are stable and focused on the future at this time. At no point in recent years did we cut compensation across the board. After COVID-19, we worked hard to ensure our compensation for every employee was in line with the standard rates of our industry; this included raises being implemented.
We are not aware of any harassment claims from leadership. We want to encourage anyone with specific concerns about their experience working here to reach out to HR so we can better understand this potential claim and address challenges. This is not something we take lightly. Any inappropriate behavior, especially harassment, is taken very seriously here and will result in termination if deemed true. We thoroughly investigate all claims, take appropriate action, and strive to uphold high standards from all employees.
