One of the worst internship experiences I have had despite a promising product - Internship Hello Alice Employee Review

- Internship is unpaid - Lack of direction - Poor onboarding experience - Tasks assigned are not impactful because they don't trust interns with actual work - Poor communication - Lunch not provided - Clear separation between interns and full-time employees - Attending meetings is pretty much useless because nothing is explained to you and you are not able to contribute to or participate in meetings - Majority of processes are still maturing since it's a very early stage startup (consider hiring interns when you have better processes in place and are able to manage them)
