Health Insurance, OK starting pay for recent grads. Boss does go above and beyond for customers. You can get special treatment if you work him the right way. Good way to get some experience with gear and make contacts with people in the industry.
Cons
Ron the owner is temperamental. Does not listen to management or staff. Will change long held processes on a whim for illogical reasons and then will blame staff when changes destroy productivity and moral. As previously stated the owner does treat customers well, usually at the expense of employees who will usually have to do extra work to fulfill owners promises or take blame for rude and unreasonable customers. The company's reputation is also extremely poor among all other rental houses in the city.
