Pros
The attitude in IT department is friendly and easy-going. Both colleagues and bosses are friendly. There are not really any punishing SLAs, everyone just does as much as he can and thats it.
Competences are not clear so you can work with a wide variety of assets and learn a lot of new skills.
Cons
General lack of organization adn personal feedback. There is always something urgent to do but you will never finish all the tasks because the lack of staff and very blurry personal competences and targets, so everything is just best effort and noone gets yelled at.
Competences are not clear so the work is never "done" and you never know what comes next. Noone has time to cooperate with you on a project and there is a lack of organization, so you have to actually know the people and persuade them to cooperate.
