7yThank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback with us. The experience of our employees is very important to us at HelloFresh, and we are sorry to see that there was room for improvement during your tenure on the sales team.
We are constantly working to incorporate useful and interesting ways to train our sales team members including weekly webinars, the use of our online learning management systems, and training designed specifically to develop our Sales Managers into the best managers that they can be.
While we try to release schedules with as much notice as possible, due to the nature of scheduling events, there can be last minute changes to add more hours to each employee’s schedule. Our sales managers to strive to share the available shifts evenly throughout the sales teams, depending on one’s availability and preferences.
In the last 12 months we made changes to our overtime policy, however this was communicated to all existing team members and they were provided with new contracts reflecting this. If you believe there has been an error in your pay we recommend you reach out to the Sales Manager at your former location to confirm if a pay adjustment is required.
