Toxic, less experienced leadership and managers. Not mature enough to assess the situation / people in teams or set proper vision.
Unrealistic OKR for new joiners at least to SSE . No support or guidance, you are left on your own to figure-out yourself. Zero empathy on the situation that employee is in.
If you are relocating from another country, definitely you are in for a ride. You will surely be stressed out while you are trying to settle down in Berlin (min 6 months given the situation) and topped with unrealistic OKR's set by your less experienced engineering manager.
You will always be reminded that "company will let you go if you don't complete OKR's" adding to your relocation stress.
Codebase is cluttered junk, chaotic monorepo and slack messages are always bombarded with broken code or pipelines. Not well planned. (* Frontend*)
Company is caving inside with weak codebase and poor management.
