The company does well to supply learning opportunities

The leadership has been rocked a number of times and is unstable

Hellocomputer has a fantastic creative department, lead by a wonderful Creative Director who really helps guide and shape people in their career. There's a good work culture, with an open bar and a skate ramp. During my time at HC, my coworkers were extremely talented and fun people to work with.

The pay is a definite con - but as a starting point it isn't terrible. The upper management could do with some tact training, but compared to others in the industry they're great.
