      Pros

      Great culture and nice colleagues. Very high level of responsibility and freedom. Can-do and get things done mentality all over the place.

      Cons

      Because the company is so young and fast growing it's not always easy to get everything done that we want.

      Flexible hours One or two days a month allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      Manipulative management Low wages Empty promises Unfriendly environment Managers will actually ask you to your face to automate your own job as much as possible then fire you. Mass employee dismissal leading to overworked remaining employees. Desperate to replace employees with AI. More meetings than solutions.
