      Pros

      I enjoyed working at HELM. Many benefits, such as a cheap canteen, generous business travel policy, fair work-life-balance and overall good vibe.

      Cons

      Incentive scheme does not really make sense in my opinion. One should include Product Managers instead of only incentivizing from Senior levels onwards, especially in the world of Petrochemical trading, most companies offer bonus schemes independently of the position.

      Pros

      Work is seasonal, but also steady yearlong. Base pay is very competitive, especially for Memphis/Presidents Island. Benefits are great. Company leadership is good, maybe a little overboard on Safety, but open door policy is good. Very low attrition, so promotions don’t come quickly.

      Cons

      Seasonal hours are long. The company runs lean. Working outside and on Presidents Island. It can be a long commute for some people.
