-Helping clients achieve there goals -Providing a fun, meaningful day for clients -Pay is pretty decent, but... -Excellent vision and dental insurance -Mileage reimbursement

Cons

-Supervisors overworked, underpaid and often crabby -No breaks except to use bathroom -Long term employees (10 yr +) undervalued -director micromanaged everyone, hard to breathe -Supervisors poorly trained -No upward mobility unless you’re friends with upper management -Raises are bogus

Help at home works hard to meet or exceed industry standards for compensation and it is something that is reviewed regularly but also depends on Medicaid reimbursement rates. In areas where our wages aren’t as high as we would like, we try to offer additional benefits like greater flexibility or paid time off.
