Pros
getting to meet new people
Cons
EVERYTHING!! There are too many "people in charge" and they are all very rude if you do not do as they say when they say to do it. It was over a month of bull to get hired. You are NOT paid for one entire day that they have orientation. They do NOT pay you for the day when you have to go to Corydon to show that you can give a bed bath. They tell you they have clients that are close to you, but the closest one they gave me was 25 miles one way. They get mad if you do not want to drive 25-30 miles each way to work only two hours! They say that you do not have to give any medications but give you clients that are not able to give medications to themselves. The pay is NOT up to par with what you have to do. I worked for them a month and still was not sure who my "boss" was. They would call me and then get crappy and sometimes hang up on me if I would not take clients that were far away. They were nice sometimes but then would get mean very quickly. If you work here then you need to be OK working for bipolar, PMS women!!
