Pros
Not much. Except for snacks in the office.
Cons
Many. Extreme pressure. Feeling unsafe. Very tight deadlines. No life outside of work. People expected to work 15 hours per day - literally. Most of the positive reviews here are simply not true. They are written by the founders and their friends or the recruiters. They are all the same, too. This should be flagged and they should be removed by glassdoor. I hope Helsing is not paying for fake reviews. Although that wouldn't surprise me. It's a machiavelian type of place.
