Pros
There is opportunity to grow in this airline, everyone is given a fair chance to apply for jobs internally and the support network within the airline for each department is there. The culture is very familial, and it is easy to find mentors within the airline to support you. I learned a great deal during my time at Helvetic and was able to shape and build my own managerial style thanks to the support of my superiors, which is something many companies can't offer. The "just" culture is the core of this airline's philosophy. You are handled like a human and it's okay to make mistakes sometimes. Reports and honesty are encouraged, there is no such thing as a fear culture. You are encouraged to learn and grow with the airline in order to create a better and safer working environment, especially within the training department.
