Pros

I genuinely enjoy working here. Since day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and willing to help whenever needed. The training and development support I’ve received has been excellent, and I feel like I’ve been progressing positively both professionally and personally. No two days are the same, which creates fantastic opportunities for continuous learning and development. While the work can be challenging at times, it’s also very rewarding. It rarely feels like work because I genuinely enjoy what I do and the environment I’m doing it in. It’s a great place to grow, develop new skills, and be part of a supportive team.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

None that justify the overall experience.

Cons

The most concerning aspect of this company is the number of people who leave. Staff turnover is exceptionally high, including experienced and talented employees who often do not stay long. Many people join the business full of optimism and genuine passion for the company and its brands, eager to contribute and build a career. Unfortunately, the working environment can be toxic, and over time that enthusiasm is worn down, leaving employees disengaged and looking elsewhere for opportunities. The business lacks many of the structures expected in a professional organisation, including meaningful appraisals, clear progression pathways, training and development plans, and regular communication around company strategy. Decisions can feel reactive, with priorities changing frequently and little explanation provided. Staff are often expected to deliver high quality and quantity of work with limited support in return. Morale is rock bottom and staff can be left feeling undervalued and easily replaceable despite their contribution. Unfortunately, the company is increasingly developing a reputation as somewhere talented people leave rather than build a long-term career, and based on my experience, that reputation is understandable.
