Best company to work for. - Estimator Hendrick Collision Center Employee Review

The whole Hendrick organization is second to none. They definately take better care of their employees and customers than any automotive company in their areas. Sonce leaving Hendrick, I went to work for another dealership as a temporary Collision Manager to straighten out a real mess. Their Management and Organization in general was a real joke. If you are currently employed by Hendrick, stay with them, if you are not, better try to go to work for them.

Nothing really major negative about working for the Hendrick organization.

Paid medical benefits, extremely competitive pay plans for commission roles.

Employee development is a low priority here if you are not self driven you will not grow. Management has the tendency to allow poor employees to stay in place for far too long which is felt by the entire team.
