Pros
- Some really great people at the lower level (atleast during my time at the company) - Great work life balance - clock-in / clock-out type of a place - Team in US were great to work with
Cons
- Poor company culture - claims of a great culture but management has a very old school traditional approach, dragged people into the offices during covid with little trust in their people. Enforcing archaic views and philosophies in the workplace. - Below industry average pay - while senior management flaunts wealth and class difference - Zero diversity at the senior management level - jump on the company profile and scan through
