the mid level management isn’t passing on to upper/senior management as to how they are losing employees in DROVES! employees who have been with the companies they’ve purchased for more than 20 years! the staff they brought in to take over terminal management are NOT leaders. they are in fact dictators. they took a company like superior carriers and brought it down to the level of heniff.
