      The team was extremely supportive and fostered a collaborative work environment. I benefited from strong mentorship opportunities that helped me grow professionally and build confidence in my role.

      Not alot of internal opportunities post-grad related to finance that only require a bachelors degree.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
