VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE FOR NEW EMPLOYEES. Training program is an absolute disaster, management is extremely disconnected with their employees, the amount of disorganization within this company is ridiculous seeing as though they are a national worldwide billion dollar business. The company culture is completely nonexistent and almost a third of employees have been there 20+ years making the work environment dull and very unexciting.
