Very poor culture here. Raises and bonuses are reflected solely on the good ol' boy mentality. Favoritism is the true culture of Henkel Corp. Seniority and individual achievements has NO factor in future advancements. If your OK with staying in the position you get hired at, then Henkel is the place for u! Henkel management will never have intentions of advancing your career. They will hand off there work to you while they enjoy their card games, extended meetings and company provided luncheons! So unless your willing to hang out at the Director of Operations house for drunkin weekends consider any career you might have at Henkel Stationary.
