      Pros

      The people at Henkel are one of the best parts of the job. Everyone wants to see you succeed with everything you work on, and it makes it very easy to talk to employees from different job functions. You really do feel like you are making an impact on the business with every project you’re working on.

      Cons

      There really isn’t many cons that come to mind. While at times it can be a little hectic juggling multiple projects, people are there to support you and make sure you are not over capacity.

      Pros

      Henkel is truly an amazing place to work. The culture is welcoming, the work is engaging and impactful, and the managers genuinely care about supporting and developing their teams. It’s a place where people are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
